September 23 - October 16: Applications open
Week of October 21: Vendor notification
October 30: Booth payment deadline - if you have not yet paid, your booth will be offered to someone on the waitlist
November 1-5: Waitlisted applicants will be reviewed and notified; fees must be paid by November 6
The week of November 18: Vendor placement decided
November 30: All Phoestivus vendors announced to the public on Small Business Saturday
December 12 - December 14: Phoestivus

Fees
VENDING SPACE AT THE EVENT FEES
$400 for a 1o’x10’ booth space on both Thursday & Friday (December 12 & 13)
$450 for a 10’x10’ booth space all three days (December 12 - 14)
$600 for Food Vendor /Food Trucks/Trailers for Thursday & Friday (December 12 & 13)
$650 for Food Vendor /Food Trucks/Trailers all three days (December 12-14)
POWER
Food trucks & trailers are asked to operate from a generator. Vendors are encouraged to utilize battery-operated infrastructure to light up their tents and displays.
Electricity is limited and available for a fee. Electric requests must be communicated referencing one or both:
* Amount of voltage needed
* List of equipment that will be using power / type of outlet. lisab@communityfoodconnections.org.
$50 per day if you would like access to power
There will be no equipment rentals available - vendors must bring their own 10’X10' tents, tables, and chairs.
There will be general lighting for the event, not individual tent lighting.
We are anticipating space for 175 vendors and 12-15 food trucks.
As always, Phoestivus places priority on Arizona’s artisans! No out-of-state businesses will be considered.
Mass-manufactured items are generally not allowed. Items must be collected/crafted/made by your business.
You will be notified whether you were accepted, denied, or waitlisted during the week of October 21.
If you are accepted, your booth payment is due by October 30. Payment will be accepted via QuickBooks or check.Waitlisted vendors will be considered the week of November 1 and booth fees must be paid by November 6.
We anticipate a return of some veteran Phoestivus vendors and always introduce new vendors every year to keep choices fresh.
The ideal price points for your wares should be under $100.
Every year we receive an abundance of jewelry, soaps/skincare, candles, vintage clothing, and pottery applicants. Please be advised that these are highly competitive categories.
