October 1- October 16: Applications open
Week of October 28: Accepted vendors notified
November 20 : Booth payment deadline
December 2: Vendor Map released
Thursday, December 12: Night 1 of Phoestivus 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Friday, December 13: Night 2 of Phoestivus 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Saturday, December 14: (Morning) Phoestivus @ The Farmers’ Market 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Fees
$400 - Booth fee for both Thursday & Friday evening (Dec. 12 & 13)
$450 - Booth fee for all three event days - (Dec 12, 13 & 14)
$600 - Food Truck space for both Thursday & Friday evening (Dec. 12 & 13)
$650 - Food Truck space for all three event days (Dec 12, 13 & 14)
$50 - Per Day Fee for Access to Power requested prior to event day
Current Farmers Market Vendors will pay their normal 10% of gross sales on Saturday, Dec 14
There will be no equipment rentals available - vendors must bring their own 10’X10' tents, tables, and chairs.
There will be general lighting provided during the event. Additional electricity is limited and available for a fee. Food trucks & trailers must operate from a generator. Vendors are encouraged to utilize battery-operated infrastructure to light up their tents and displays. Electric requests can be made to lisab@communityfoodconnections.org.
SECURITY
There will be overnight security on both nights. Vendors can leave their tents and tables up, but we suggest taking your valuables each night.

Phoestivus is the premier fundraising event for the Downtown Phoenix Farmers Market, a program of Community Food Connections, a registered 501(c)3. The Phoestivus Market features locally grown and produced gifts for holiday giving from more than 175 small businesses along with music, beverages & food.
