Phoestivus is the premier fundraiser for the Downtown Phoenix Farmers Market, a program of Community Food Connections, a registered 501(c)3. The Phoestivus Market features locally grown and produced gifts for holiday giving from more than 175 small businesses along with music, beverages & food.

Dates & Times: Thursday, December 14 & Friday, December 15, 2023, 5 P.M. - 10 P.M.
Saturday, December 16, 2023, 8 A.M.-1 P.M. during the regular farmers market
Vendor load-in will begin at 10 A.M. on Thursday & Friday, at 6 A.M. on Saturday

  • September 11- October 14: Applications open

  • Week of October 16: Accepted vendors notified

Fees

$300 - Booth fee for both Thursday & Friday evening

$350 - Booth fee for all three event days - Dec 14-16

$400 - Food Truck space for both Thursday & Friday evening

$450 - Food Truck space for all three event days

Current Farmers Market Vendors will pay their normal 10% of gross sales on Saturday, Dec 16

There will be no equipment rentals available - vendors must bring their own 10’X10' tents, tables, and chairs.

There will be general lighting provided during the event. Additional electricity is limited and available for a fee. Food trucks & trailers must operate from a generator. Vendors are encouraged to utilize battery-operated infrastructure to light up their tents and displays. Electric requests can be made to lisab@communityfoodconnections.org.
